Today I met with a lawyer and internal auditor who were checking on the HACCP plans of the new CIC building and what food safety plans were there for the building. Training licenses -- food handlers permits, recording temperatures, and risk assessments were all things that were discussed. This meeting was very insightful for me to see the HACCP plan for the new CIC start to evolve. It's one thing learning about it in a classroom setting and another actually seeing and watching it happen.
